Our unique itineraries provide optimum animal viewing and highlight the culture and natural wonders of your destination. Travel in small groups with an attentive staff dedicated to making your vacation adventure memorable.

Galapagos Islands (September 28 - October 6, 2007)This is one of the few wildernesses in the world where animals have no instinctive fear of humans and will approach visitors with benign curiosity. Your 47-cabin ship is the only ship built exclusively for cruising the Galapagos Islands.

You will drop anchor at a different island each day where you can view flightless cormorants, marine and land iguanas, Darwin’s finches, fur seals, fur seals, giant tortoises, and the incredible blue-footed boobies! Snorkel with seal lions, penguins, and an array of tropical fish or take an optional extension to Machu Picchu, Peru. Madagascar - A Nature Lover's Paradise (October 6-18, 2007)Madagascar is home to nine-tenths of the world’s lemur species and is a bird-watcher’s paradise.

The country is blanketed with one of the richest collections of flora in the world, including 1,000 different species of orchids. Because of its extraordinary biodiversity, Madagascar is the number one priority in the international community for conservation of endangered species and preservation. Churchill, Manitoba - the Polar Bear Capital of the World (October 18-23, 2007)Nearly every human who is fortunate enough to see a polar bear does so in a zoo setting.

However, in the small port of Churchill (located on the west coast of Canada’s Hudson Bay), you can experience the exhilaration of seeing polar bears in the wild. From the safety of your tundra buggy, you can view these majestic creatures within close range during the day and on one evening journey to the tundra. During the daytime, young males play-fight, mother bears cautiously explore with their cubs at their sides, and solitary adults lumber across the tundra. Kenya Safari (November 3-14, 2007)Imagine a place so magical, so different, and so wild it can invigorate the mind and stir the soul to dance. Such a place exists in Kenya.

Join us on this 13-day safari and enjoy the thrill of seeing elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, hippos, the elusive leopards, and many other animals on daily game drives. Visit Lake Nakuru – home to thousands of flamingos. Explore the Masai Mara Game Reserve with its incredible herds of wildebeest and zebra during their annual migration.

Accommodations will be in a variety of lodges and tented camps. Optional post-trip extension to Tsavo and Amboseli National Parks.
India - In Search of the Elusive Tiger (November 7-20, 2007)India is a land of history, culture and ceremony. It is a country of languid rivers, ancient carved temples, and gilded palaces.

It is also home to a variety of unique wildlife – including the tiger. We will visit Delhi, Jaipur, Ranthambore National Park (famous for its tigers), Agra (with a visit to the Taj Mahal), Khajuraho, and Varanasi. Optional two-day post-extension to the annual Pushkar Camel Fair.
